We took some badass photos for the Chandon 2017 drink catalog. All the ingredients were mixed and placed within a pattern. The main goal was to demonstrate the drinks with a colourful and fun look.
0.33 fl.oz. (10 ml) orange syrup*
Fill a chilled flute with Chandon Brut, then add the orange syrup. Use a blowtorch to burn some cinnamon powder while sprinkling it onto the glass.
Ice cubes to chill
0.33 fl.oz. (1O ml) pink pepper berries syrup*
1.35 fl.oz. (40 ml) grapefruit juice
2.03 fl.oz. (60 ml) Chandon Brut
1 chili pepper
Chill the pink pepper syrup and the grapefruit juice in the mixing glass. Strain the mixture into a flute glass and then add Chandon Brut. Garnish with chilli pepper.
0.33 fl.oz. (1O ml) mint syrup
In a cocktail shaker, mix the fruits and the syrup. Shake with a bit of Chandon. Strain twice into a glass and fill with Chandon. Garnish with berries on top.
0.68 fl.oz. (20 ml) dry gin
0.17 fl.oz. (5 ml) lime
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
4.06 fl.oz. (120 ml) Chandon Brut
Twisted lemon peel
In a Burgundy glass filled with ice, pour the gin and add lime juice plus sugar. Mix lightly and fill with Chandon Brut. Twist the lemon peel and flame it over the glass using a blowtorch.
Chandon Brut or Rosé
2 dried strawberries
1/2 tsp. gold sugar pearls
Fill the flute glass with the Chandon of your choice, gently drop the dried strawberries one by one and add the gold sugar pearls for a luxury finish.
0.27 fl.oz. (8 ml) red cherry juice
1 dash lime juice
2.03 fl.oz. (60 ml) Chandon Brut or Rose
1 red cherry
Pour the red cherry and the lime juice into a chilled flute glass, then fill it with the Chandon of your choice. Place one red cherry on the glass as garnishment.
